RESERVATION

For making a reservation at TUI BLUE Nha Trang, please follow one of 2 options as below:

Option 1: Send an email to reservation.nhatrang@tui-blue.com or call our hotline (+84)258 3552 888, email should provide information of guests below:

• Full name - Mobiphone/Email
• Number of room, room type, staying date and special request (if any)
• Number of guests

Option 2: Make a reservation by yourself on the official website of TUI BLUE Nha Trang: https://tuibluenhatrang.com/

GENERAL POLICY

• Guests are required to present their Vietnamese ID card or passport upon check-in by local law.
• A deposit in cash for potential damages and incidental charges is required on arrival. For bookings of 4 room nights or fewer, the deposit is 1,000,000 VND (~50 USD) per booking. For bookings of 5 room nights or more, the deposit is 2,000,000 VND (~100 USD) per booking. This deposit will be refunded at check-out subject to deductions for any incidental charges incurred during your stay. If your incidental expenses exceed the deposit amount, an additional top-up will be required.
• Pets are not allowed in the hotel.
• All guests must consent to the hotel’s rules and regulations. By booking with us, you are accepting all the Hotel’s terms and conditions. We reserve the right, at our discretion, to change and or modify portions of these terms at any time without notice. Unless otherwise indicated, such changes will become effective immediately; therefore, please check these terms periodically for changes.

CHECK IN/CHECK OUT TIME

• 24/7 Front Desk Service
• Check-in time: any time from 02:00 PM
• Check-out: no later than 12:00 PM (midday)
• Early check-in before 06:00 AM or Late check-out before 06:00 PM surcharge of 100% of the public room rate
• Early check-in after 06:00 AM or Late check-out after 06:00 PM: surcharge of 50% of the public room rate
• Early check-in or late check-out is subject to room availability. If you arrive earlier, we will be pleased to store your luggage until your room is ready. Should you need to confirm an earlier arrival time than the hotel's standard check-in time, please reach us via email rereservation.nhatrang@tui-blue.com or call our hotline (+84)258 3552 888 in advance
