PAYMENT METHODS

PAYMENT METHODS

• All reservations are required to be guaranteed by a valid credit card.

• For prepaid reservations, you have to pay in advance either by a valid credit card or by bank transfer.

• If payment is made using a credit card whose cardholder will not be staying at the hotel, guests are required to provide a Credit Card Authorization Form issued by the hotel, duly signed by the cardholder, together with a copy of the cardholder’s credit card and a copy of the cardholder’s valid identification document. The hotel reserves the right to refuse check-in if guests are unable to present the credit card used for the prepaid reservation or if the hotel does not receive the completed authorization form from the cardholder prior to the arrival date.

• For non-prepaid reservations, you can pay in cash or by bank transfer or by a credit card such as VISA, MasterCard, JCB.
